Heating service’s/ maintenance

Gas furnace/boiler heating safety inspection/maintenance
$125(4 or more $100)
this service includes basic cleaning of burner assembly, inspection of heat exchanger for cracks and leaks of carbon monoxide. cleaning of spark ignitor(when applicable) and flame sensor to very proper operation. checking of operation and amperage of blower/ combustion motors. 1- 1nch standard filter(must request with filter size).

this price includes troubleshooting for the first hour(100 hr after) plus parts
Cooling maintenance

Cooling maintenance
$125
our cooling maintenance includes testing of equipment to verify proper operation. we will check compressor for proper operation and amps along with system refrigerant charge. we will check operation and amps of indoor blower motor. we will clean and prime condensate drain and then test for proper operation. service includes 1-1nch standard filter(must be requested with filter size upon booking)
Coil cleaning (per system)
$200
we will clean both the evaporator and condenser coils with coil cleaner. rinse and repeat until complete clean . We will clean condensate deain pain and trap to verify proper operation and to avoid Water leaks. We will test operation to verify proper operation and unit CTOA to verify coils are clean.
Coil cleaning and cooling maintenance (per system)

this is a package deal for both maintenance and coil cleaning service.
Cooling service
$150+parts
this price includes troubleshooting for the first hour(100 hr after) plus parts
